Want to make the most out of your summer but with a focus on the simple things and living intentionally? Me too. Summer is such a brief and precious season here where I live. There is nothing better than that easy feeling of being outside all the time, sunshine and relaxed living. So to make the most of it I created a Intentional Living Summer Bucket List. If you need a little inspiration, follow along. Or download the blank version and fill it in yourself.
There is something about summer that makes me want to do it all. As I’ve moved along in my minimalism journey, one thing I really want is to do more camping. I love the feeling of being outside all the time and we have such beautiful provincial parks in Ontario, I have to take advantage. So I’ve booked two camping trips this year. The more I’ve let go of, the clearer I’ve become about what really matters to me and what I really want for my life.
Enjoying summer to the fullest is an opportunity I don’t want to let slip away. But it’s easy to do, either because we’re too busy rushing from one thing or another or we aren’t intentional about how we spend our time and then it’s gone.
Whatever you do, enjoy this amazing season to the fullest. Revel in the simple pleasures, mindfully experience them and really feel your joy in the moment. Memories are made from connecting with others and experiences, not things.
